Overview

A gift finder quiz for your store: three quick questions (who is it for, budget, tastes) and customers get the best matching products, with an add to cart button on each one.

Installation

1. Download findly-gift-finder.zip from My account › My plugins or from your order email. Do not unzip it.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New Plugin › Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now, then Activate.
3. Add [findly] to your gift guide or [findly button="Find a gift"] anywhere.

Requires WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+, WooCommerce 7.0+. Works with any theme, block themes and page builders.

Features

• Up to 4 questions with up to 6 answers each, with an emoji or icon
• Each answer points to categories or tags (ranking) and/or a price range (budget)
• Products ranked by number of matching answers, then by popularity; in stock only
• Results with picture, price, the answers they match and an add to cart button (no page reload, updates mini carts)

• Works on cached pages: results come from a REST endpoint

Updates

Updates are free. When a new version is out, it appears in Dashboard › Updates of your WordPress site and you can install it in one click, or turn on automatic updates in Plugins. This works for the zip downloaded from your Woo-Plugins account; older copies can be replaced by downloading the latest version from My plugins. See the changelog.
