Overview

A loyalty program for WooCommerce: points on orders, sign-up and reviews, spent as a discount in the cart. Balance and history in My account.

Installation

1. Download pointly-loyalty-points.zip from My account › My plugins or from your order email. Do not unzip it.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins › Add New Plugin › Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now, then Activate.

Requires WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+, WooCommerce 7.0+. Works with any theme, block themes and page builders.

Features

• Points per currency unit spent, after discounts, without tax and shipping
• Welcome bonus on account creation and points for approved product reviews (once per product)
• Spend points in the cart and checkout with one button, with a minimum and a maximum share of the cart
• Works with the classic and the block cart and checkout
• “Earn X points” on product pages
• Loyalty points tab in My account: balance, value, how to earn, history
• Points given back if an order is cancelled, refunded or fails
• Points column in Users and manual adjustment in the user profile
• Your own name for points (stars, beans…), shortcode [pointly_balance]

Paste a shortcode in any page, post, widget or page builder text block.

Customize the plugin from your theme’s functions.php or a small plugin, without editing its files (your changes survive updates).

Updates

Updates are free. When a new version is out, it appears in Dashboard › Updates of your WordPress site and you can install it in one click, or turn on automatic updates in Plugins. This works for the zip downloaded from your Woo-Plugins account; older copies can be replaced by downloading the latest version from My plugins. See the changelog.
