How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave our workshop the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days in mainland France.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, to every country of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you pay.
How can I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return an unworn item in its original packaging. Returns are free in France.
When will I be refunded?
Within 5 working days after we receive the parcel, on the payment method you used.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are secured by our payment provider.
Can I pay in several instalments?
Yes, with PayPal in 4 instalments for orders over 30 €.
