In December, your inbox fills with the same questions. Every unanswered question is a visitor who waits, or buys elsewhere. A clear Christmas FAQ answers them before they are asked, reduces your messages and can appear in Google results with FAQ structured data.

Where to publish it
- A dedicated Christmas FAQ page linked in your menu and announcement bar.
- Short versions on product pages (delivery, gift wrap, returns).
- In your order confirmation email.
Faqly displays accessible, searchable accordions and adds FAQ schema automatically (demo). See how to add a FAQ section and more FAQ examples.
Write answers that close the question
A good answer starts with the information, then adds details. Not “It depends on the carrier”, but “Order by 18 December for standard delivery in mainland France, by 21 December for express. Orders abroad: 12 December.” Use the same dates everywhere: FAQ, bar, product pages and emails.
Keep it up to date
After Christmas, update or hide the Christmas questions, and keep the page address for next year. Add the questions you received by email this year: they are the ones your customers really ask.
How to measure the result
Compare the same weeks before and after the change in WooCommerce › Analytics: conversion rate (orders divided by visits in your statistics tool), average order value and the share of mobile orders. Change one thing at a time when you can, and give each change at least a week of traffic before judging it. In December, compare with the first half of November rather than with last year, because your catalogue and traffic have changed.
Frequently asked questions
Why publish a Christmas FAQ?
It answers recurring questions before customers ask, reduces messages and reassures buyers.
Should the FAQ be on product pages?
Short answers about delivery, gift wrap and returns should be, with a link to the full page.
Does FAQ schema still help in Google?
It helps search engines understand the page; rich results are shown only for some sites.
