Description
Required and optional checkboxes at checkout: terms and privacy, waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital products, newsletter consent, each one logged on the order.
European law expects clear consents at checkout: accepted terms, privacy policy and, for digital products, the waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal. Agreely adds these boxes to the checkout and keeps proof of each consent on the order.
